The Diva Chix Welcoming Committee are currently looking for some new trainees & this is our invitation to you, to apply if you are interested.

Before you fill out an application form, please note the following responsibility requirements of being on the Welcoming Committee:

The Welcoming Committee is responsible for making all new members feel welcome and at home on Diva Chix. You must be friendly, patient, have great communication skills and be neat and organized. You must also have the ability to explain the different features of the site in simple and clear terms. Knowledge of the main site and forums inside out is a must. Tutorial making and screenshotting knowledge is also a must have. You will be required to submit a short tutorial example with your application.

Responsibilities

- You must be able to put in at least 1-2 hours per day and must be consistently active.

- Interact with members in a polite and respectful manner.

- Monitor the Newbie Shack section of the forums.

- Answer any site and forum related queries a new member may have.

- Act as a Personal Guide for new members.

- Keep up to date with any new site features, updates and changes.

Staff Application Requirements

The minimum age requirement is as follows:

15+ (parental consent is not required)

Application Form:

- Your Name

- Your Age

- Your past Dollwar username (if applicable)

- Why you would like to be on staff

- What you think you would bring to the staff and the users of Diva Chix

- Any relevant skills or experience that might be beneficial

- Example Tutorial

Example Tutorial

With your application, you must also submit an example tutorial that has been created by yourself. The tutorial you must create is 'How to Add Friends to Your Profile' on the main site. The tutorial must contain step by step instructions as well as clear and readable screenshots.

Please send all applications to Debz by private message on the forums. You will be contacted by PM to let you know whether your application has been successful or not, once the admins have sorted through all the applications.

If Debz's inbox is full when you try and send your application, please send your application to retroeskimo (Corina), our Welcoming Committee Supervisor.

Please also note that, if your application is successful and you are accepted - that it is on a trainee basis. You must pass the trainee process in order to become a full moderator.

No, these applications are to be on the Welcoming Committee only.

*How many trainees are you hiring?

There is no set number.

*When is the deadline to apply?

There is no set deadline at the moment, a deadline will be edited in at a later date.
